Cateran sets itself apart with cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, including the employment of robot TIG and MIG welding to OEM standards for precise and consistent results, enhancing efficiency and product quality. Cateran also integrates CNC multi-stage stamping presses to ensure accurate component shaping and CNC mandrel tube bending to achieve complex bends to exact specifications.
Meticulous visual and manual quality assurance checks at every stage are paramount to our manufacturing process to ensure we minimize errors. Every part is leak tested to OEM specifications to guarantee each component meets the highest aftermarket standards.
